These terms govern your use of achutaverse.com, operated by Achutaverse L.L.C-FZ ("Achutaverse", "we", "us"), an advisory and consultancy firm licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence 2531420.01). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
We provide planning and coordination advice to business owners and families who are moving part of their wealth, their residence or their tax base from India to the UAE. That means mapping the move as one sequenced plan — visa, money and tax — and coordinating the licensed professionals who carry out each part, such as chartered accountants, property brokers, visa service providers and banks.
We do not provide regulated financial services, hold or move client money, sell property, act as an immigration agent, or give investment, legal or tax advice. Those services are provided by the licensed professionals involved in your plan, on their own terms.
The introductory call offered on this website is free and carries no obligation on either side. It is a conversation to understand your situation; it does not create an advisory engagement or any duty of care beyond that conversation.
Paid work is governed by a separate engagement letter signed between Achutaverse and the client, which sets out the scope, fees and responsibilities. If anything in an engagement letter conflicts with these terms, the engagement letter prevails for that engagement.
Where your plan involves a partner we introduce — for example a property broker or a company-formation agent — you contract with them directly and their work is on their terms. If Achutaverse receives a referral fee from a partner in connection with your engagement, we will disclose it to you.
All content on achutaverse.com, including text, design, frameworks and the Achutaverse name and marks, belongs to Achutaverse L.L.C-FZ. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Achutaverse is not liable for any loss — direct, indirect or consequential — arising from your use of this website or from decisions you make based on its content. Our responsibility for paid work is set out in the relevant engagement letter.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute about the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept it.
